Dear members of the BMW Club of Canada family,
Our club has never been so vital and our relationship with BMW Group Canada has never been stronger with plans for the future looking better than ever. It is, therefore, with considerable consternation that I have to report that one of our club members confronted a BMW Group Canada employee at the recently held xDrive by interrupting him quite inappropriately. Our member's behavior was described overall as "extremely rude and out of line". This is unacceptable conduct under any circumstances which does harm to our club's reputation and relationship with BMW Group Canada. If any club member has issues with BMW, they should address them to chapter executive members, national directors, or, ultimately, to me. We will follow up and explore any issue but in a constructive, not destructive, fashion.
Let's honor the marque by making sure our conduct is as "ultimately" polite as it can be.
Thank you for your cooperation.
