I haven't heard much about them. I don't have anything negative either.
As for the Glen event I can suggest a Tremblant event with Trillium chapter http://www.trillium-bmwclub.ca/trillium/site/home.jsp at the same time and for 3 days. I can guarantee that the level of instruction you will receive will be good. Doesn't mean I am certain that carguys will not provide quality instruction.

thanks for the tip,

great articles on the trillium website too.

with the mecaglisse event, it would make a crazy driving school week.

I do not need to become a trillium chapter member, correct?

How is the mosport track? June school could be cool too :D

Your BMW Club of Quebec membership is good to go to any BMW Club event worldwide.

Mosport is fun but demands respect. I will be there in June.

BTW. Did you get your membership card? If not pm me and I will sort this business out.

sounds like fun, where is mosport held??Mosport is the name of a track in Bowmanville Ontario, maybe 45 min east of Toronto. It was the home of the Canadian GP after they left Tremblant. Also the home of lots of terrific CanAm races back in the 1960's and 70's.

It's a great track...very fast and potentially dangerous. Not a great place to get your feet wet, but it's very exciting once you get some track time under your belt.

Is there a compiled list of all the track events various canadian and Us BMW cluns hold at the "local" tracks: Tremblant, Mosport and perhaps Sanair or others?

Thanks. just joined please be kind if this is the 40th time someone asks ;-)

There is not one list. You need to check with the websites from the usual clubs and their chapters:
BMWCC, BMWCCA, COMSCC, Ticketmaster, PCA etc.

Usually, if you are a track guy and belong to a club, friends and other members will have their own calendar and info can be shared. In the North East, the usual tracks are Watkins Glen, NHIS, Mosport, Mont-Tremblant and Lime Rock Park.

Yup, one rips you off on concert tickets, the other gives you a great deal on track time.
