I've actually seen the full version of this clip on TV. It was on one of those "World's Scariest Car Crashes" type shows. The event was a Ferrari Club autocross in Monte Carlo. There was VERY light rain. The car (an F50) was going at little more than walking speed...maybe 15-20 mph.

Then the retard behind the wheel slammed on the brakes while simultaneously spinning the steering wheel to the right. The F50 slowly slid forward and over the edge of the raised parking lot and onto the service road below. The really frightening thing is that the corner worker got trapped under the car. She was unhurt because the back of the F50 was stuck up on the edge of the parking lot. But if the car had just a bit more momentum, she would have been crushed.

Basically, this was 100% driver error. The guy was driving his OWN car in a mildly wet parking lot at VERY low speed. To lose control that dramatically is shocking.

Really retarded. The thing is going so slowly it's hard to believe he couldn't figure out to release the brake pedal!

Kind of person who is better taking public transportation...

It goes to show that one cannot "buy" driving skills.
