thats where Wankel engines spend most of their time!!!
Once I raced Adam, He pulled about 5 cars on me. Which is about a bus length. I raced an RX-8, The RX8 was at my door.
Hey Dave remember that time up north on the cruise?

it was on the work bench cuz japaneze engineers r n00bs and forgot to install my exhaust bearings and the valve springs were not stiff enough for me to rev higher than 7k rpm ...
ever since then i upgraded to race cams , bored cylinders and also JE super race F1 high compression pistons , cant wait to finish installing the timing belt and crank it up , hopefully my new titanium valves come in by then as well :)
and that was sick :) up north ... we have to go again , matter of fact as soon as the fd is "upgraded" im heading up for a ride .. im still waiting for some parts to come in :(
and props for holding an rx8 greg .. but they little kids on a straight you know :
with my last summers config ( boosting 3psi under stock boost , but lots of upgrades ) ... racing an rx8 was like racing a d15 eg vs a k20 eg .... no competition

This summer will be more interesting. Next week I am getting my Crower Cams and springs... Im really worried about breaking a spring. Actually I'm heading home now to install my SAFC in preperation for all that stuff.

Yeah pics will come!
I rev out at around 7800 rpm. But you know its the sustained RPMS that worry me so thats why I am changing springs this year.. i figure might as well change the cams as well. Last year I installed better rockers and lifters in the car.
Next week I am getting my Crower Cams and springs...Better act fast: Crower filed for bankruptcy and finally closed their doors in February. They are no more.
