An English message will follow below.

Heure: 10:30
Piste: Grandprix Karting

7205 Taschereau, Brossard
www.grandprixkarting.com

$44.00 for Club Members
$48.00 for Non-Members

John Lespoir

Ladies & Gentlemen,

I would like to welcome everyone to the new Go-Karting Season of
2005-2006 with the BMW Club of Quebec. The monthly events will usually
be held on the 2nd Sunday of each month.

2nd date:
Date: Sunday December 11th, 2005
Time: 10:30 am
Track Location: Grandprix Karting

7205 Taschereau, Brossard
www.grandprixkarting.com

$44.00 for Club Members
$48.00 for Non-Members

Everyone is welcome (including non-club members, beginners and ladies).
I would like to emphasize that this is a fun activity that everyone can
(and will) enjoy, regardless of experience. All beginners will be
offered track-side orientation.

Pre-registration is mandatory before each event. Walk-ins will not be
accepted.
Registration will be accepted by email to: karting@bmwquebec.ca
Or call 514-712-7575

The price for each event will vary according to the track. Tentative
pricing should range from $40.00 - $45.00 for members and $45.00 -
$50.00 for non-members.

I would like to get as much feedback as possible on these events and
their scheduling. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
contact me.

Looking forward to see you all there!

John Lespoir

They have helmets there. As for your XXL size, it would be best to call and ask (450) 462-8807

To get in a good lap, (all everything else being equal), the single most important factor is you need to luck out with the right kart. On most tracks, the performance variance between the slowest and fastest kart on pitlane can be as much as 2 seconds per lap.

ya, the building they're in was sold and they haven't found a new place.

you're right about the karts, but as far as indoor karting places go, grandprix's karts are the most consistent and well matched i've seen.

I did a 41.8 there about 2 years ago. I remember the kart I used (it was #22) was noticeably quicker (better power and balanced handling) than the one that I used the previous session. It was like night and day.

I also remember doing a race there (at around the same period) where I got stuck with a dog and I lapped in the high 44s.
