shaking engine on cold start

When I started my car this morning the engine felt like it was shaking a bit for about 1.5 mins and then ran smooth as always. No problem starting the car, it had been sitting on the side of the road for 3-4 days and the temperature these past days has been quite cold (-20/-25 celcius and -15 this morning when I started it for the first time in 3-4 days). The car has 167 000 kms M52 engine.
Is this slight shaking something to worry about ?
