What a waste. Let's hope somebody buys it and actually drives it. I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I just do not understand why you would go to such an extent on that kind of car. It was made to be driven, not just looked at. It would look a heck of a lot better dirty but in the middle of a corner on track, rear drifting slightly...

It's pretty clean too, but if I had it, it would look like someone had driven it 500 miles to the track, done their best to drive the wheels off it for 3 days, and then driven it back. 8-) Like my mini.
There is 2 kinds of cars, the queens and the party girl. for sure the party girl is not as perfect as the queen, but WHAT A RIDE!!!

Why do they have an umlaut in the name Zymöl? Yes, the goofy ö.
Same with Dävin wheels. Both brands are American and just want to be more Euro or something.
These guys know how to put umlauts to proper use http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/4/45/Spinal_Tap_logo.jpg
And of course, I found an article on wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heavy_metal_umlaut that brings this topic to it's logical conclusion.

detailing cars is fun and a good way to spend a day if you don't have a wife or GF.. Well you won't have one after you spent the entire day detailing a car, so in that case you can detail even more cars.

Detailing the wife or gf is far more entertaining than detailing a car, and can lead to a few "track sessions" as well.
Of course, real track days are important too. My wife tells me that she doesn't like me to be away, but experimental evidence suggests that the more I'm not around, the more she likes me. Lots of people seem to feel that way.

There is a difference between a detailing day and a track day. Normally you'd be detailing at home where a track day is far away. Also your wife or gf would see driving on the track as a much manlier pursuit even if she thinks it's pointless. Detailing is just narcissistic.

I agree. I don't mind spending the time to keep the car reasonably clean, but to nitpick with detailing? NTKS

Zymöl products, have a consumer satisfaction scale that goes all the way up to 11, unlike the competition which stops at 10. :D

I currently use some of Zymol's products (Carbon wax, HD Cleanse). I find their products to be excellent. The wax is very forgiving, (if you happen to smear some over some matte finish plastic, it won't leave that whitish stain as with most other waxes).

I also use Zymol Carbon. I find it requires alot of buffing since it's so oily/greasy. I got some P21s cleanser and carnauba wax for my GF. Half the price and sooooooo much easier to take off, less effort with similar results in the end.
I used to spend lots of time detailing...I recently saw a way-back pic of my car (next to the trophy I won) from an old waterfest...it looked pretty mint. For once that pic made me laugh. Funny how now I prefer looking at 3-wheeled action pics at the track, where all of its goodies are put to good use.
