View Full Version : Massive - Aluminum raceseat sidemounts

Sidemounts are made from 6,4mm T6-6061 aluminum, CNC'd and anodized black for added protection. Flat sidemounts are easier to install in racecars. And much cheaper.
Introduction price is $70/seat including fasteners. Offer valid until Feb 25th 2008
Regular price is $85/seat
More pictures coming soon.

For a race car, are the sliders acceptable or do they have to be fixed?
Pour une voiture de course, des sliders dont les deux cotés peuvent être bloqués sont acceptables. Surtout si la voiture est partagée par deux pilotes qui ont douze pouces de différence de hauteur :D

Looks great Lee!
Sidemounts have arrived, and I'll snap better pictures soon.
I have only a couple of sets left as of today. The rest was reserved during the pre-production offer.
The regular price is now $85cdn.
This latest version is very slightly different from the one pictured above. There are one extra level of mounting holes located 16mm below previous version, allowing seats with very low mounting points to be installed very close to the floor (racers) or on the OEM e30 rails. Sidemounts are anodized, not just painted. Standard aluminum sidemonts retail for $130+ while still not having the monting versatility of those flat sidemounts.

looks nice lee, are you going to make any more???
Thanks for the kind word. Yes, I will make more. But nobody hs any idea how slow it sometimes goes when a job is put on the line to the production. I will make another batch later in the Spring as I already have gazillions of other parts in queue, in two shops.
