What's the difference between the SL6R-14 and the W6A calipers? I find Wilwood's product line a bit confusing at times!

W6A on the left. Much bigger. Fits 14" rotors with 50mm tall pads. Pads are huge. That caliper is at par with AP Racing's CP5200. And much better for racing, than Brembo's F40 or StopTech's. No rubber boots to melt and no aluminum pistons to boil the brake fluid. Those have stainless steel pistons, just as the two other SL6R and SL6R-14 calipers.

SL6R in the center. Great race caliper for 11.75" to 13". Uses 40mm tall pads.

SL6R-14 on the right. Very commonly used in most BBK sold on the market. being thinner, it allows better fit for non-race wheels.

I have had the drafts for 3 years, but no time to make a production. Kit would be with SL6R calipers (thicker pads) and 13" x 1.25" (332mm x 32mm) rotors. I need 5 orders. Fit of the bigger brakes is easy on e34s as the hats and rotors are deep inside. But 17" wheels still required. Even though I suspect it could work on certain 16"...

Here are a few shots of the rear e36-e46 kit with 12.2" x 1.25" rotors and 4 pistons race calipers. First batch is for racing only. Emergency brake steel ring available later.
