I tryied to upload pics on BMWquebec website, the thing says I have 100mb worth of space but even after creating a category I kept getting errors so I gave up...

just for laughs, this is what my wheels looked like after 2nd sesion 2nd day... (they were sparkling flawlessly clean 1st day)

never seen so much brakedust in my life... other wheel was even worse...

brakes worked awesome though... just maybe need more serious pads in front

Nano,

With so much brake dust (brake pad material) deposited on your wheels, and what you see on the outside of the wheels is just the tip of the iceberg. Usually there is much more brake dust deposited on the INSIDE of the wheel. I think you better check your pads to make sure there is enough material left your your next tracking event.

I lost around ~40% material in front and about ~10% in rear.

I already have new front pads ready to go in before mosport dayze ;).

With so much brake dust (brake pad material) deposited on your wheels, and what you see on the outside of the wheels is just the tip of the iceberg. Usually there is much more brake dust deposited on the INSIDE of the wheel. I think you better check your pads to make sure there is enough material left your your next tracking event.

J'aime bien regarder et surtout comparer ces différentes photos prises à peu près toutes au même endroit. En les regardant de près je pense à ce qu'a dit mon instructeur à Tremblant, avoir plus de souplesse, de fluidité dans mon volant et ce partout sur le circuit. En regardant de près on voit que certains dans la position de leurs bras ainsi que la trension que l'on note dans leurs triceps semblent moins fluides que d'autres. Ce n'est pas un reproche à qui que cela soit, je ne suis pas meilleur que les autres mes les photos nous informent. C'est a nous d'en tirer des leçons. En passant il y a des gens dans le groupe qui font de merveilleuses photos.

t'a raison mais parfois ça dépend aussi du "setup" de l'auto

par exemple quand j'ai installé mes nouveaux pneus (qui ont des flancs assez mous) je devais braquer à un angle ridicule pour négocier Namerow. Maintenant que j'ai réalisé qu'ils performent mieux avec 5lb/po2 de pression de plus que mes anciens pneus, je peux braquer à un angle plus " normal "

même chose si je ramollis mes amortisseurs avant, j'ai besoin de braquer plus pour virer au même angle qu'avec les amortisseurs durs.
