Hello all,
Through the efforts of Trillium past president Rob Foreman, we have
arranged to participate in the BMW Hospitality Suite that will be set
up at the Labour Day Mosport ALMS event. This suite will house BMWCC
members, BMW Canada guests and employees. This includes all BMW Club
of Canada members. Attached is the literature that we have mailed to
each Trillium member. If you wish, please make this offer available
to the members of your chapter. In addition, below is a letter that
Rob wrote to speed up response as the cutoff date as published is the
end of August. BMW is pressing for a speedier response so we are
having to amend our notice. Again, please use this as you wish. The
offer sounds very attractive and will hopefully allow us to publicise
the BMW Club of Canada to people who may not be aware we exist.

I would like to remind you of our Club's participation in the BMW
Hospitality Suite in support of the Mosport ALMS race weekend. The
event takes place on the Saturday and Sunday of the Labor Day Weekend
(September 2 & 3, 2006). Space for this event is strictly limited to
100 persons, and participation is open to BMW Club members, BMW
Canada staff, and BMW invited guests.
We have posted the event notice on the club's website and to the
Club's email listing, but if you are contemplating attending this
event, please let me know at your earliest convenience to avoid
disappointment. Once BMW Canada has reached their allotted total,
they will not be adding more spaces; its simply a matter of tent space.
If you are planning to attend the BMW Hospitality Suite at the
$200/person cost, please bear in mind that this cost will include
your 2-day pass to the race and support activities, gourmet meals
(Breakfast & Lunch); Licensed refreshments; Video screens and
Closed-circuit broadcasting; Paddock tours to Team PTG and the
Formula BMW Paddock with a BMW race driver autograph session;
exclusive access to the Formula BMW Hospitality Suite and a BMW
Canada SWAG Pack!
The package that we have put together for you will be well worth the
$200/person weekend cost. We will accept payment by VISA, MasterCard
or personal check.
So again, if you are thinking of coming out to the event, PLEASE,
PLEASE let me know as soon as you can so that I can reserve your
spaces at this special event.
